Chic hotel, fairly clean, courteous staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered hot dishes. Its unbeatable, very central location was a plus. Great service and a great pool onsite.

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was perfect very close to Hyde Park, Kensington and the tube station. Overall it was brand-new with a bathtub. I loved natural lighting.

Brilliant location and the hotel is clean. Cosy & warm unit with drinks, incredibly comfortable beds and bathrobes. Location just next door to Hyde Park which is a lovely walk in the mornings, train station.
There is hair in some places.

Boutique low-budget hotel with ideal location very close to two train stations. I asked for club double room, it was huge and soundproof. The bed was big and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were absolutely lovely and kept the place clean. Easy check in and late check out.

The staff was considerate and the room was large and very clean. Satisfied with breakfast's price - gbp 5.50 per person per day. Furthermore, parking is available. Easy base for 1 night.

central location and adjacent to an underground station. we would go back in flash anytime. 300 metres away there is les filles lancaster gate, where you can dine. fabulous base for city trip in london.
